In this showcase model, the artistically high quality of each individual company remains autonomous, and at the same time expensive double structures are eliminated because structural synergies have been created.
Equally important and crucial for the trio is the unconditional transparency of work processes, knowledge and contacts. Making each other visible counteracts a general culture of competition and strengthens the players in their actions and activities, both internally and externally.
